The card(s) that you hold is/are no longer current, in order to attain the qualifications required to undertake the role of Preparing a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan, you will need to undertake our Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan course.

GOOD NEWS - if you can complete the application form, you will be able to get your new card without any training or assessment! The application form will require:

• A copy of your PWZTMP Card
• A copy of another form of ID
• A FULLY completed application form - this requires you to provide details of your work in the last 12 months with a minimum 3x TCP’s you have implemented with verification & 1x TMP you have created with verification

Due to the presentation of ID requirements, Applications must be handed in person. The date for considering if you meet the requirements is the date you lodge (in person) your application form

Fee is ONLY $199! $25 Card fee (RMS fee) on the day of submission (for new card with 3 year expiry)

 

If you cannot meet ALL of these requirements then you will need to undertake Refresher Training. Good news is that:

• Refresher Training is only 1 day of training (8:30am to 5pm)
• You start and complete at the training centre – no additional assessment required
• Low fee of $299 plus your new card fee of $25
