Payment Plan Application

  • By completing this form, you are requesting to use a payment plan option for your training package.
  • A representative will get in touch with you within the next business day to set up your payment plan.
  • To confirm your booking, you must make an initial payment of $300.
  • You will have 6 months to pay off the remaining balance. Extensions may be granted, subject to approval.
  • You can make payments at any time by contacting us.
  • You will be eligible to take your final assessment and receive your certificate only after all fees are paid in full.
  • All prices are based on our Recommended Retail Price.
  • The payment plan option cannot be combined with other monthly specials or offers.
  • All payments made towards your courses are non-refundable.
  • Cancelling your enrolment will result in the loss of any payments made.
  • Any changes to your package or course selection will incur additional fees and may result in the loss of previously paid fees, subject to approval.
