Payment Plan Application

By completing this form, you are requesting to use a payment plan option for your training package.
A representative will get in touch with you within the next business day to set up your payment plan.
To confirm your booking, you must make an initial payment of $300.
You will have 6 months to pay off the remaining balance. Extensions may be granted, subject to approval.
You can make payments at any time by contacting us.
You will be eligible to take your final assessment and receive your certificate only after all fees are paid in full.
All prices are based on our Recommended Retail Price.
The payment plan option cannot be combined with other monthly specials or offers.
All payments made towards your courses are non-refundable.
Cancelling your enrolment will result in the loss of any payments made.
Any changes to your package or course selection will incur additional fees and may result in the loss of previously paid fees, subject to approval.
