These terms apply if you decide to pay for your course upfront or by way of Payment Plan.

Enrolment

In order to enrol and commence your course you will be required to

  • Pay advertised enrolment fee and enter into a payment arrangement or
  • Pay the full advertise fee

Commencement

Your course commences when you pay for your course and access your online portal (if you are undertaking the course online) or your resources are posted out from our office.

Deferral

In certain circumstances, we may allow you to defer your study for a limited amount of time. This involves making a formal request and awaiting our decision.

Withdrawal ad Refunds

If you decide to withdraw from your course, your enrolment officer will need to interview you to ascertain if there is any way we can assist you in completing your course.

Your course is made up of Modules (3 or 4 for our Diploma courses) and each module has a commencement date and a census date.

Payment Plan

  • If you commence a module and you withdraw prior to the calculated census date (see our website for census calculator), then you will be able to apply for a refund of the fees for that module less $100 administration fee. Census date information will also be provided to you after enrolment (within 7 days).
  • If you commence a module and you withdraw after the calculated census date (see our website for census calculator), then you will NOT be able to apply for a refund of the fees for that module. Census date information will also be provided to you after enrolment (within 7 days). If you are paying by way of payment plan and the amount in total that you have paid is less than the fee for the module you have commenced then the payment plan arrangement will continue until you have paid for the Module you have commenced.

Payment in full

  • If you withdraw prior to the calculated census date (see our website for census calculator) for a Module, then you will be able to apply for a full refund of the fees for that module. Census date information will also be provided to you after enrolment (within 7 days).
  • If you withdraw after the calculated census date (see our website for census calculator) for a Module, then you will NOT be able to apply for a full refund of the fees for that module. Census date information will also be provided to you after enrolment (within 7 days).
